This policy explains what Stadium Passport ("we", "the app") collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account info — when you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we receive your name and email to create your account.
- Location — used to check you in at venues. Only used while you use the app.
- Photos & videos — content you choose to capture or add to your passport.
- Usage & device info — basic technical data to keep the app running reliably.
- Website forms — if you join our waitlist or apply to programs on stadiumpassport.app, we store the name and email you submit.
How we use it
To provide core features (check-ins, your passport, maps, photos), keep your account secure, and improve the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate the app, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage) and Apple and Google sign-in. They process data only to provide these services.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email support@stadiumpassport.app from your account email.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
